An Art Practice is like a Flowing River, carrying me Easily thru Life

Doing the Art with a Focus teaches me Mindfulness all through the day. Like a River, don’t hold onto shore, flow gently around the rocks, continually move through new experiences. The work always is new and fresh, reflecting my place in life at this Moment in Time. My group of Artistic Creatives is a safe haven, a loving support, gathering and connecting on our Journey Within. It’s a way of life, as we expand and grow. Return to and remember your deepest Artistic Creator Self.
