Birth your Reality every day. Each summer morning, I look for our 2 rabbits, inhale the pungent morning scent of blooming flowers and cool woods, listen to light classical or meditative instrumental music, and savor a great cup of coffee. Before getting out of bed, I run through my mantras of accomplishing all I choose to do this day easily & effortlessly, telling my body that it is strong/healthy/beautiful, ensuring that I am in the Flow where mystery & creation abide. My body clock calmly wakes me up on time after a deep 7-8 hr sleep. With my ipad camera I’m always looking for that beautiful sky, amazing clouds, and surprising color.
I read Mike Dooley & Crimson Circle for inspiration, and Outlander for love. Since college, I’ve avoided political talk since it doesn’t fill me with happiness. Each has his/her own opinion, only an opinion, based on their very own personal experiences…and I have mine.
Reality is Birthed Of Us in every moment. It exists when you create it, when you perceive it. It forms as you see it, feel it, a movable, changeable feast that is of your energy, Birthed of you. Reality is the Flow of plasma, energy, and focus through empty space. Become the Observer and Perceive it with consciousness. Own it.
I’m here to become the Master of my Life. I continually seek to know who & what I Am, through life experiences. Everything I say, think, or do is always about me, never about another. That’s true for all of us. When I feel hurt by something I’ve seen or heard, I look to my inner wound triggered by this. That’s what needs to heal. Everything anyone says about another is always about themselves. It has to be since that’s all they truly know. They are telling us more about themselves than about anyone else. It’s always personal.
