We are having such a love affair with Paris since returning home, we try to recreate the FEELING of belonging, wonder, and our true Natural Self at every opportunity. Mornings are filled with the aroma and taste of expresso, French cookies, and Parisian images. Dave gifted me with a gorgeous book of Paris through the ages that enchants and amazes me. You can do this with any experience. Fill the air with its tastes, scents, and visuals to go deeper into the experience.

Paris is taking a front seat in my Personal Journeys art project that I’m creating along with our first group of Artistic Creatives in the 4 week class. The Fall is the perfect time to harvest the wisdom of our personal lives through art. Art recreates our stories so we can consciously shift our emotional lives as well as our actions from a hard place back to Flow. The work becomes a diary of our evolution and transformation at this moment of time. Fill the air with warm candle scents, deepening music, and delicious textures enriches the experience. Oh, and DO eat the cookie!
