Moonlight at the Oasis is touching the sweet stillness of night. The images are a bit fuzzy, the scent a bit heavy, the colors more muted. This is a transition time for body, mind, and soul. Let’s enter this magic moment with awareness, intention, and purpose.

First of all, make this time as relaxed and welcoming as possible. Embrace the Dark. Have your favorite scents in the air. Play soothing music that brings the body into harmony with peaceful surroundings. Light a candle. Sip some good beverage, even if it’s fresh cool water with lemon. Wear favorite comfortable clothing and have a soft blanket for comfort. Look forward to entering the dream world to rejuvenate, reset, and clear your mind for the new day. Souls need the stillness of the night to recover from the demands of the day.

Secondly, Night time finds our bodies in their natural digestive mode. That’s why the morning ‘fast’ works so well. If we stop eating at say 8:00 pm, all our digestive juices get moving to clear, and refresh our body for the new day. With the ‘fast’, ideally we go without food other than fruit for anywhere from 12-16 hrs. Then, organs rejuvenate themselves while cells are energized, stay younger, and become stronger. There is hidden magic flowing through your body at every moment.

Thirdly, Studies show that while our bodies relax into their much needed cycles of regeneration and cleansing, our minds also enter into detox mode. Consciously being aware of this process, we welcome Sleep as a generous partner to our natural healing of body and heart. This is a breakthrough in science, that proves a strong healthy mind clears away all residue. And all this is done naturally, just as the beats of our hearts, and breathing in our lungs.

Moonlight at the Oasis is the Dark bringing inspiration to the Light of day.

But, what we can do each night is set our intentions and purpose as we enter the Other Worlds, new dimensions, and experience altered possibilities. Our conscious focus sets the directions for our wonderland dream adventures each night. This is the no time. Your future self is there, healed, happy, and exploring new worlds. Find them. Ask for healing that you can bring back to this waking world.

In Addition, Have a dream book and pen next to the bed. Imagine, the dark night is one of mysteries, and insights flow through quickly in images, colors, and sometimes words. We need to jot them down whenever we remember them. Therefore, the dream journal lets the Universe know we are ready for insights to enrich our lives. Night holds the secrets of our inner wisdom. Plus, this is our Soul talking to us. Pay attention and value the answers.

Also, Dreams keep our lives in balance. Dreams are a major function to our well being. A good nights sleep, 7-9 hours, offers new possibilities, resolves past emotions, and offers answers from a subconscious wisdom we all possess. The dream world is the land of inspiration, creativity, and imagination.

Therefore, Dreams are a portal entering into other dimensions and worlds. Set an intention to find your answers from your future healed self. Tell yourself you will remember and bring back the healing to your life today. Work with your inner wisdom to bring balance and freedom to this waking life. Allow the night to illuminate the day.

So, there is a hidden magic moving through your body in the dark of the night. Try to capture its essence and enter the mystery of the Dreamtime.
