Most Scientists are Artists

Most Scientists are Artists

FormulaOverPtgCroppedArt & Science go Hand in Hand Literally!

Latest research shows top Nobel Laureate scientists usually also have a Fine Art passion on the side. These geniuses recognize the innovative, exploratory, risk taking, hands on approach of visual arts, music, writing and poetry, enhance their scientific, as well as their private lives, in every way. Alternately, top inventors, patent creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematical fields tend to gravitate to hands-on Crafts to encourage their passion. They create sculptures, woodcraft, metalwork, ceramics, culinary creations, weavings and fiber arts.

All came from homes where education was highly valued and encouraged, with the arts a valued part of that education. Science and Art both took them deeper within themselves where a ‘knowing’ lives. Each acquired an understanding of how materials react to each other, gained an innate knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of objects, and intuited problem solving of any experimental project. The Arts enabled a necessary shift from their heavy thinking world, thus enriching their creations and igniting their passion. Brilliant!
