At least 40 different mammals can see UV, far beyond our range of sight!

Scientific papers are being published about the incredible sight of other creatures. We’ve known for 100 yrs that Bees see the UV spectrum which enables them to zero in on fluorescent flower colors at incredible speeds. Birds, fish, and reptiles came next, seeing power lines and earth energy grids which help in migration patterns. And now we know that mammals like reindeer, see UV bouncing off white snow while not reflecting off the white fur of galloping polar bears, making them easy to spot. Cats and at least 39 other mammals can ‘see’ urine trails and scent markers left by other creatures, as well as so many other things invisible to us.

‘The Mystic’ shows Tigger, the incredible cat who adopted us when we lived in Chicago, from one of my many pictures of her. She’d gaze intently, focused, fully absorbed, in SOMETHING! I have her surrounded by sacred symbols, sacred geometry, that makes up all levels of the Universe, whether we can see them or not! She is mesmerized, as the colors around her flow in and through her. She is the cat between the worlds, living in her own personal reality. How much is invisible to our eyes?

I learn by watching and listening to the reactions of the birds and deer. They know way before I do if someone is approaching the house, presents a danger to their neighborhood (like a hawk, fox, or bobcat!), or is in anyway out of the ordinary.
