We all need creative play, every day. Why is it so hard to set time aside just for our own Creativity? Science has shown us time and time again, that going deep into the intuition, taking the inner journey of the waking dream, puts us in balance to better handle all that the outer world sends our way. Art feeds the soul, and has been my golden thread to a state of happiness that is healthy for the mind, body, and spirit. The December Full Moon always brings me back to my source, my joy, my art.
Gathering my pieces is remembering what really matters, doing what I really love every day. I’ve learned so much over this last year. I know more about the making of videos for classes & YouTube tutorials. Doors have opened to share the work all over the world in unprecedented ways. Step by step, baby steps, keep leading each of us to new possibilities, new horizons. Nothing stays the same, but when we allow the momentum to take us, we can continue to grow, expand, and open to new experiences…..and isn’t that really why we are here? This dream, this life, is a vast sensual playground filled with amazing wonders to dazzle our minds, inspire our passions, and instill original thoughts to carry us through each day.
Let’s make a promise to ourselves for the New Year to live each day in mindfulness. I hope to be more aware of opportunities to be kind & compassionate to all I meet, to let family know how grateful I am that they are in my life, and to appreciate every glorious sunrise and star studded sky. This is my Dream and I’m going to make it in glorious Technicolor, with the sweetest scents, and wildest experiences possible.
